A self confessed chocolate addict, I must confess my sins and let you know that the Chocolate and Salted Caramel made from quality Couverture chocolate was to DIE for! In the wee hours of the morning after my return from a night out on the town, I may or may not have consumed one of these delightful cookies complimented with a cup of green tea. It’s true when they say it was ‘love at first bite’. Soft, dense and rich, filled with chocolaty goodness, a truly delectable experience!
